REUSE Jeans Named Official Denim Wear of USA Water Polo Teams..

As they gear up to surpass their 2008 silver medal–winning Olympic performance in Beijing, China, the USA Water Polo teams are starting to look golden in their quest for the gold in 2012. Out of the water, the sport’s national team athletes have begun to turn heads and make waves in REUSE Jeans, which have been named the official denim sponsor of both the men’s and women’s teams.

This premium-quality line of denim jeans, shorts, skirts and tops/jackets are made from 80% recycled material that’s eco-friendly.

Why is that important?  Reuse Green Living Jeans for the USA Water Polo Teams

Don’t we all want green to be like our regular day lives but do it green?  Well, REUSE uses 80% recycled jean.  We’ll get em on the remaining 20% so they are all in!  100 percent without compromise.  Bam!

Similarly, the company also places heavy weight on the excellence of its product line, just like USA Water Polo does of the game. As REUSE’s spokesperson explains, “We’re not just committed to sustainability; we’re also committed to authenticity.”

It is this alignment with USA Water Polo’s aims that earned REUSE Jeans a sponsorship. As part of that agreement, REUSE will outfit both the men’s and women’s team athletes with its sustainable collection of skinny, boot cut and straight leg jeans as well as its denim pants, shorts, skirts and tops/jackets.

REUSE President & CEO George Powell takes great pride in the company being named an official USA Water Polo sponsor. “It’s our honor to partner with USA Water Polo. The mission of REUSE Jeans is to make a lasting impact on a global and local level, and what better example than supporting athletes who are dedicated to achieving excellence in the world of water polo and beyond.”

USA Water Polo Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Rottenberg is quick to point out that the respect and admiration is mutual. “We are excited to support [REUSE Jeans’] efforts to get the word out about their unique products, and we are looking forward to the water polo community at large embracing their designs and ethos.”
